Hi, DS is just over 6 months old has just started solids and I'm confused about milk products. I bought a jar of apple custard which states it has whole milk powder in it, the jar also says that it's for 4 months +. Also, there are the new baby yoghurts, ie vaalia, for 6 months + babies. Which I've read on a previous thread that alot of mothers give their babies. I thought dairy/milk was a food to avoid until after 12 months. I have a baby food book which says to introduce cow's milk products, eg yoghurt after 7 months. So confused, interested in other's thoughts, sorry if I sound dumb. DP's family have some allergies, not major though, so am cautious about this whole solids thing. Thanks Dee
